I decided to fence my front yard. I filled out a form on https://dreamfencing.com.au on Monday. I never received any confirmation nor call back the next day, so I called them. They assured me that they received my form and that someone would call me back within 48 hours. When I called back on Thursday (in 72 hours) to find out what I was doing wrong, I was told that I was being abusive with my calls, that I wasn't the most important person on Earth, that they were very busy and that someone would call me back in due course. If a company can't take responsibility for mistreating a customer verbally, can they take responsibility for putting up a fence? What kind of response would I receive if I had to call them with a reclamation?
